Writing workshops

Is your B2B content written in-house, or are you a PR and marketing agency writing content for a client?

Would you like guidance on how you and your team can create more effective and engaging content, write clickable headlines, and get more creative?

Do you struggle with writing for different types of content, or what will make a strong angle?

I can tailor writing workshops to focus on your specific needs with examples and exercises that are directly relevant.

Sessions are usually 2-3 hours and can be done via Zoom/Teams or in person (UK).

Optional extras include reviewing and discussing existing content.

LinkedIn training

Do you and your team want to use LinkedIn more effectively?

LinkedIn is a powerful brand-building tool for B2B businesses if used correctly.

Rather than generic LinkedIn training, I run tailored workshops that aim to show you how to get the best out of the platform and break down some barriers that stop people from engaging and posting.

I’ll review your existing activity and use real examples specific to your industry to inspire genuine ideas.

Sessions can be 1.5-2.5 hours. Short ‘lunch and learn’ sessions are also available – a minimum of three.

Press release training

Are your press releases getting you the coverage you want? Want a bit of a refresher or have a young team who’d benefit from some guidance from someone who has been on the receiving end of thousands of press releases?

I have a workshop focused on writing press releases and pitching to journalists. It can include a press release clinic where we review past and present press releases that haven’t delivered the desired results.

Sessions are 1.5-2.5 hours long and, like all my training, can be online or in person.

It was really helpful and informative [session].  A lot of ideas that all seemed fairly easy to implement/common sense based but that could also make a big difference.

B2B media training

Getting your name and company mentioned in press articles helps raise your profile and demonstrates your knowledge and expertise.

I can take you through how to build a relationship with a journalist, prepare for an interview, get quoted and deal with those difficult questions.

Plus, I’ll give you tips and techniques for podcast and video interviews and how to come across well during a panel discussion.

Sessions are 1.5-2.5 hours, depending on the group size. They can be online or in-person (UK) and include theory and practice interviews.

The maximum group size for online training is five.

Optional extras include additional planned interview practice sessions.

Stacey is superb, she gives a helpful perspective of what journalists want and doesn’t hold back on what they don’t. The workshop was enlightening and will help improve practices.
