North Manchester has a huge regeneration opportunity.
Straddling the boroughs of Oldham, Bury and Rochdale, three strategic sites with more than 3,500 acres between them could accommodate a third of the commercial space identified in the Greater Manchester Spatial Framework and a sixth of the housing.
